The first step to Membership in the Knights of the Holy Grail is to complete and submit the application below.  You may either fill out the application and submit it online, or print it out and send it to us at our postal mailing address.

Your Support Is Appreciated

The Knights of the Holy Grail is a brotherhood and we all share in the costs of operation.  Membership is not for sale but all Knights and Ladies are expected to contribute to the support of the Brotherhood.

To cover the costs of Membership, instructional materials, etc. and to support the work of the Brotherhood, Knights and Ladies pledge a regular monthly contribution in the form of dues and offerings.

Dues are a minimum donation of $25 monthly and due by the 1st of each month.

All contributions should be made in US dollars or in an international money order payable in US dollars.  Donations made through PayPal are automatically converted to US dollars.
